Dipped in tangy waters, a burst of surprise, Like tears of joy, or when sorrow lies. Life's essence lies in these moments of taste, Sweet, sour, and spicy, no drop to waste. The fillings inside, diverse and profound, Like human traits that astound. Some soft like chickpeas, tender and kind, Others fiery like chilies, passion defined. As we savor each Golgappa, let us reflect, On the paths we walk, the choices we select. For like these treats, life is a fleeting pleasure, To be cherished and relished, a limited treasure.
